Custom-order requests

Proof, quote, and approval come before production.

Submitting the custom-order form sends a project request for review. It does not by itself confirm acceptance, pricing, production timing, or a completed purchase. Press Rex reviews the product, quantity, personalization details, and supplied artwork before providing a proof and complete quote.

You are responsible for confirming that names, wording, image order, placement, colors, and other details are correct before approving a proof. Production and fulfillment details are confirmed directly for the specific project.

By supplying photos, artwork, names, logos, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to use that material for the requested custom product. Press Rex may decline material that cannot be used for the requested project.

Pickup, shipping, payment, and timing depend on the approved project and quote. Questions about these terms can be sent to orders@press-rex.com.
